PCSE Online users are created and managed by an organisation’s User Administrator, or as part of the Performers List application process. For information on this process, please see the User Management page on the PCSE website.

Your User Name is usually an email address. Type your PCSE Online User Name below and click Reset Password.
If the User Name belongs to an active PCSE Online account, you will receive an email containing a link and instructions on how to reset your password.

If you do not receive the link within one hour, the email address is not linked to a PCSE Online account. Please consider any other email addresses you may have used for your PCSE Online User Name.

Please contact your organisation’s PCSE Online user administrator if you have forgotten your User Name. If you are a Performer who is not linked to an organisation, please Contact Us.
